Position Overview

The Front Desk Sales Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests at BioHAKD Longevity Lounge. This role combines customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a wellness-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Experience & Member Services

  • Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner 
  • Check members in and assist with on-boarding new clients 
  • Ensure all clients complete required intake forms, medical questionnaires, waivers, and release documents prior to services 
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of client documentation and maintain confidentiality 
  • Answer questions about services, memberships, and wellness modalities 
  • Provide a high level of hospitality to create a premium client experience 
  • Weekend hours may be required

Sales & Memberships

  • Promote and sell memberships, packages, and retail products 
  • Educate clients on available services and recommend appropriate options 
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals 
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and offerings 

Scheduling & Operations

  • Schedule and manage member appointments for various modalities 
  • Ensure accurate booking and efficient use of service rooms and equipment 
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries 

Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas 
  • Set up rooms before sessions and reset after use 
  • Perform laundry duties (towels, robes, etc.) 
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and front desk area 
  • Follow all hygiene and safety protocols 

Equipment Operation

  • Assist members with basic operation of wellness equipment (training provided) 
  • Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained 
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly 


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles preferred 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Comfortable with sales and achieving targets 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Interest in health, wellness, or longevity services is a plus 


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods 
  • Light lifting (laundry, supplies, equipment setup) 
  • Comfortable performing cleaning tasks regularly
